We were able to get a table at 9 pm without reservation on a Sunday. However, would recommend folks to get a reservation before coming here. Food was bit on the medium spicy side for us. Dahi k Sholey is very mild and kid friendly. Butter Chicken and Paneer Makhani can be ordered with mild spices so stick to those if you can't handle spicy food. Service was great. Joseph was top notch and getting us seated quickly and getting orders in before the kitchen close time. Attached some photos of 1. Chicken 6 2. Malai Soya Chaap 3. Kachori Chaat 4. Dahi k Sholey 5. Choor Choor naan 6. Aam panna mojito cocktail

I’m a true Delhi foodie, and after living in Bellevue for the past two years, I’ve really missed the authentic flavors of home. This restaurant completely exceeded my expectations — it truly captures the essence of Delhi’s food and ambience. The chef has done an outstanding job bringing authentic Delhi-style cuisine to the U.S. Every dish I tried was perfectly balanced and bursting with genuine flavors — nothing felt missing. The service was equally impressive, making the entire experience even better. The restaurant does tend to get busy, so you might have to wait a little, but the wait is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone craving real Delhi food in Bellevue!

Chole bhature are one of the best. Delicious chole and fluffy nice bhature. Kachori chaat was great too. So were chilli momos. Aloo tikki was average. Malai paneer tikka was great. Amritsari kulcha was great. Dahi bhalla was amazing. Malai soya chaap was great too. Chur chur naan was not impressive. Nice drinks - the anar mojito was good. Atmosphere is casual family dining.

One of the best indian restaurant in the state. I would highly recommend this place. They have good options for appetizers. Aloo chaat is my favorite, highly recommended. Curries and daal were equally good. The restaurant has good ambience and the staff is super friendly. I went there twice and hats off to Major Singh for providing us with excellent service and best experience. We always go with his recommendations and never go wrong. Special thanks to him.

We went to Dilli 6 and had a really good experience overall! We tried the Kachori Chaat, Chhole Kulche, Chhole Bhature, Momos, Malai Soya Chaap, and Falooda. The Chhole Bhature and the Falooda were the absolute highlights—the bhature were perfectly soft and fluffy, the chhole had great flavor, and the falooda was refreshing and delicious. The Kachori Chaat was tasty but a bit on the spicier side, and the Chhole Kulche also had good Delhi-style flavors. The Malai Soya Chaap was creamy and flavorful, and definitely worth trying. The Momos were decent, though not the best we’ve had. The presentation was nice. Prices felt slightly on the higher side considering the small portion size, but the overall taste made it worth it.

Major Singh greeted us here and had incredible service. Make a reservation ahead of time. They were nice to accommodate us without a reservation, but it gets very busy. The food is incredible. Undoubtedly, it’s the best Indian restaurant in Seattle. We tried chole bhature, daryaganj paneer (its pretty close to actual daryaganj paneer dish), kulchas, chola bhatura, shahi tukda. Everything was prefect, couldn’t find one thing off quite flavors and we are very particular about authentic food. This is going to be a monthly visit for us.

Visited this place recently and it truly brought back the authentic taste of North Indian street food! The starters were the highlight — especially the kachori, which was crisp, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The main course was decent, though it didn’t stand out as much as the starters. We had to make an advanced reservation to get a table, so it’s clearly a popular spot. Overall, a great choice if you’re craving genuine North Indian street flavors and want to relive that nostalgic taste experience.
